This whole shop is a visit into my inner world. Everything you eat or touch or drink is something that I would want to touch, eat and drink, everything you see makes me happy. This font is my handwriting, Bebop was my dachshund, pink is my favorite color. During the Pandemic I had to choose between my event space (South Park Hall) and Bebop, I choose bebop because that was my true passion and my true heart. I’ve been playing restaurant since I was 6 years old, I love caregiving, I love providing space for all varieties of people. I have been Beboping now for 9 years and it’s time for bebop to have a sister. I am starting the journey into expanding this family and am looking south between Burien and Des Moines. This page is where you can keep track of my journey AND help me if you are moved to help a fellow human follow her dream.

When I have told people that I am expanding they ask why, it’s such a hard business, what you have is so great why change? What propels me to move forward? I have more to give, a bigger dream and so many creative pieces that I don’t have space to explore here at this tiny location. What I am providing for my staff is great and with more locations I can make their experience even better. I really love my staff and knowing that they’re taken care of and heard and my hope for them is that when they are done at Bebop and ready to fly my nest that they leave a little better off than they started. I hope they take that care and treatment with them and that the world is a little bit softer for all of us.

Obviously I need money. You can just give direct to me here via VENMO, you can send a check and then the greedy billionaires don’t get any piece of your generosity. I have been hand stamping dog handkerchiefs and also tote bags (my kid helped me a little too) and 100% of the money from those will go directly to my expansion. These totes are priced at $40 but if you want to donate more then we have increments of $10 available for you to add. I think it’s important for all people from socioeconomic backgrounds to be able to give, when I was doing One MIllion Tampons I was drawn to that work because I want all people to have access to menstrual products but also it’s and accessible give, one box of tampons or pads. Giving and caring for people is healing, it’s how I have survived as long as I have. If you dont have money to give, words of encouragement are gold, postcards of encouragement are gold and telling other people of my story and adventure are also gold, pink & gold. Lastly if you have connections to real estate and know of spaces south of here let me know! I need all the eyes and help I can get.
